Steps@pwnthis.net:

1. Enter Millionaire City [play Millionaire City]
2. Open Cheat Engine.First scan "3500000"
3. 2 address returned. Double click the address that ends with "48" two times, so it appears in the table twice.
4. For the first address that ends with 48, change it to 78. xxxx48 -> xxxx78.
5. Notice the value is 5. Change the value to 50.
6. The 2nd address that ends with 48, change it to E0. xxxx48 -> xxxxE0
7. Change Type to DOUBLE.
8. Notice value is 35. Change the value to 5000.
9. Now, enter your friend city then go back to your city.
10. Now ALL the HOUSES will have 5000 bonus. Works and Saves. Have fun.
